Vance Day Candidate for OR Court of Appeals Position #3 4:08PM Monday, April 25, 2022, on KWRO
"Our Constitution made a promise to us as Oregonians that we would do justice, that we would respect others, that we would live in a diverse community and not have a government that bullied us. So today, March 8, I filed for statewide election to the Oregon Court of Appeals. As a former circuit court judge, I know how to work within the judiciary to bring about change. I’m asking for your vote, and I want to say thank you for getting involved in making Oregon a great state again."
In an appearance on the Lars Larson Show Wednesday March 9th, 2022, Vance Day announced his candidacy for Position 3 on the Oregon Court of Appeals, a statewide, non-partisan position.
He is the former president of Promise Keepers, the former head of a major political party, and currently Of Counsel for the James Madison Center for Free Speech. It’s no wonder that he was drawn to organizations that support freedom of religion and speech since few have had their personal convictions more sorely tested or triumphed more decisively over the politics of religious persecution and personal destruction than Vance Day.
