Lady Justice is based on the Greek goddess Themis - honored as clear sighted - and the Roman goddess Justicia - honored as representing the virtue of Justice. She is blindfolded because Justice is unbiased and should not be based on a person’s appearance or other outside influences.
What We Do
Restore Law and Order, Inc. and our legal counsel are implementing lawsuits against the City of Portland, the State of Oregon and government officials. We have gathered all the evidence, have a legal strategy and a strong public relations campaign in place. We are representing businesses, organizations and individuals that incurred economic damages due to government lawlessness and the lack of upholding U.S. Constitutional Law.
This is a NONPARTISAN issue.
It is about the ability to conduct commerce with the expectation of safety and security.
It is about our elected representatives using a common sense approach to enforce existing laws and protecting our civil rights under the U.S. Constitution.
Restore Law and Order, Inc. is effectively fighting and countering radical extremism(groups, organizations, and individuals), on behalf of businesses, organizations and citizens. Our team members are strong supporters of the U.S. Constitution. They have developed strategies and legislation that hold government officials personally accountable for their negligence and lawlessness. Furthermore, we are collating businesses and citizens in Portland and throughout the state of Oregon to implement our strategies as plaintiffs, and to act against numerous government officials for not enforcing existing laws of the U.S. Constitution(which they took an oath to do). The results of their inactions, negligence and lawlessness has resulted in rioting, violence, homelessness, illegal protests, economic and other damages; things that many of us have or are currently experiencing.
No one other than Restore Law and Order, Inc. is providing an effective and doable plan to solve these problems in Portland as well as in the state of Oregon.
The potential solutions provided by others continues to relocate and/or spread the crime from one area to the other. We MUST hold our government representatives accountable for their utter dereliction of duty. We are reaching out to you, as we think you will be interested in participating in our specific plan.
This is important! If this situation of lawlessness is not resolved now, the demise of Oregon, Portland, and other states and cities will continue.
Restore Law and Order, Inc. strategies are applicable to other states and cities. The work being done together with you and other businesses will solve this problem and will provide a safe environment in Portland. It will allow businesses to prosper once again in our communities for years to come.
Restore Law and Order, Inc. has acquired all evidence needed in Oregon and across America. We have developed plaintiff relationships, and an exposure marketing/awareness campaign.
Our goal is to recover economic damages for businesses(plaintiffs) and to set a precedent for future lawless government candidates as to not run for a political office, knowing that the same reaction could happen to them as has happened to their predecessors.
One of the primary points of Restore Law and Order, Inc. legal strategies is to hold government officials personally accountable. When elected officials fail to uphold their oath to the United States Constitution they are personally liable for violation of 42 USC section 1983 at SEQ, due process and other 14th amendment violations, as well as tort laws under state statutes, common law, and violation of local ordinances. This action will discourage individuals, who believe in the ideology of lawlessness and do not uphold the laws of the U.S. Constitution from running for office in future elections.
Restore Law and Order, Inc. will make this a national public discussion using multiple media platforms, creating marketing strategies for support, recognition, and collaborating together to create a brighter future for all citizens of Oregon.

My name is Gregg Schumacher. I am the Founder of Restore Law and Order, Inc. I am also the CEO/Founder of SARE SOLUTIONS, Inc. and Stop Animal Rights Extremists, Inc.
Internationally, our companies effectively fight and counter radical extremism (groups, organizations, and individuals), on behalf of businesses, industries, and citizens. Furthermore, we are collaborating with businesses and citizens in Portland and throughout the state of Oregon to implement our strategies as plaintiffs and take action against numerous government officials for not enforcing existing laws of the US Constitution, which they took an oath to uphold. The Multi-Plaintiff lawsuits are also against the City of Portland and the State of Oregon. Their negligence and lawlessness resulted in rioting, violence, homelessness, illegal protests and economic damages we are all experiencing.
I am the Owner/President of Schumacher Furs USA, Inc. (Est. 1895) in Portland, Oregon, which is the oldest fur company in America and one of the oldest businesses in Portland. You may recall that during the years of 2005-2007, Schumacher Furs USA headquarters and retail operation in downtown Portland, Oregon, (SW 9th & Morrison Street), was terrorized and protested by radical lawless extremists groups and individuals for two straight years, every day, with ZERO law enforcement from the Federal, State, City, or County law enforcement. Our security gathered over 520 hours of illegal protesting and terrorists activity, (audio/video) from 1200 hours of total filming. We are known worldwide, (even to this day), for enduring the most aggressive protest/terrorist activity against any animal usage business. Unfortunately, the City of Portland ran us out of town by not enforcing the laws. As a result, we closed our Portland retail operation, Est. 1895 in 2007 which was devastating to the city of Portland and of course my family. Because of the terrorism we also closed all New York and overseas design, manufacturing and wholesale operations. What happened to my family business is exactly what is occurring in Portland and other cities with lawless corrupt government officials not enforcing existing laws.
Marc Thielman
Marc Thielman is an accomplished public-school superintendent and legislative policy expert. Beginning in 2010, Marc worked successfully in a bipartisan manner to pass the Remote Elementary School Funding reform that channeled much needed funding to struggling remote schools many of which would have closed if not for this needed reform.
Marc served as an education policy advisor to the Republican Senate from 2013-2019 advising on a host of issues including Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) Reform and built a reputation as a complex problem solver. He was declared a PERS Expert on the floor of the Oregon State Senate and continues to influence good public policy to this day.
When COVID struck, Marc showed his leadership mettle by keeping the Alsea School District 7J open K-12 during the lockdowns proving that schools could operate safely during the pandemic. Doing so put him directly un the cross hairs of Governor Kate Brown, the Oregon Department of Education, and the Oregon Health Authority. A true David and Goliath story, Marc took on the Government and won, earning national coverage for restoring to Parents their right to decide if their child would be masked or unmasked at school. The Alsea school district had the highest in person attendance rate of any public school during the pandemic, learning gains instead of losses, and hundreds of students and families were spared the needless damage and isolation suffered by so many in other school districts.
Today, Marc is continuing what he calls the Good Fight as an active partner and advocate for Restoring Law and Order. He states, “The system no longer serves the people but instead is serving itself…Power without service is tyranny and we must push back with all legal means to restore Government to its primary purpose…to empower each and every citizen to pursue their own happiness.”
